1. Google Art Project - You can take a virtual tour of over 100 museums in countries all over the world. Find and view art from the world’s best artists, and get up close and personal with them, thanks to the high resolution photos that allow you to see the individual brush strokes. You'll find information about the artwork and artists, and you can even create and share your own collections online.

2. Tate Kids - Learn about art and create your own on this interactive site. You'll find games, artistic films, and ideas for online and offline art projects that can be done at school or at home. The site has different skill levels for each of the activities, so there's something for everyone. Once you've finished your masterpiece, you can upload it to their online art gallery.

3. Picasso Head - Create a self-portrait masterpiece using famous features drawn by Pablo Picasso. Browse through his art online to learn about his work.

4. Jackson Pollock - Jackson Pollock was an influential American painter and a major figure in the abstract expressionist movement. This website allows you to create your own masterpiece in his style. Move your cursor around the screen, click to change colour and press any key to sign your painting. Once you've finished your painting, you can print it out.

5. Build Yourself Wild - Create a picture of yourself, then get creative and add animal features! Once you are done, you can save the image to your desktop or send it to a friend.
